Shipping Policy

At Gifts for Paradise, we offer shipping to all locations within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and will be displayed at checkout. All orders are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Processing Time 

Please allow up to 7 days for order processing.

Delivery Time 

Once processed, orders typically take 2-7 days for delivery within the United States. It's important to be aware that certain items may have extended processing and shipping times, and these are approximate estimates.

Multi-Location Shipping 

We ship from multiple locations, which means orders may arrive in multiple shipments with varying delivery times.

Free Shipping

Some orders qualify for free shipping within the US. However, please note that this offer excludes large, bulky, or heavy packages destined for Alaska and Hawaii. For shipping quotes to these locations, please contact us before placing your order. Additionally, free shipping may be excluded from specific products and collections.

Responsibility for Packages

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the unfortunate event of a lost package, we will collaborate with you to file a claim with the carrier.

Secure Shipping Address

For your peace of mind, please choose a shipping destination you consider secure. We are not liable if a package is stolen from your doorstep or mailbox.

Undeliverable Packages 

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we are happy to re-ship it at the customer's expense. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and deliverable to avoid any complications.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gifts for Paradise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If items meet eligibility for a return, they must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

The following policy pertains specifically to regular returns. If you encounter issues such as damage or have any other concerns, please contact us promptly.

Return Process

We accept returns for store credit only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be credited.

Due to irreversible fees incurred, orders cannot be canceled once placed. A return must be initiated once the package is received.

Return Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

We strongly recommend purchasing insurance and tracking for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. If a returned item is damaged, it will not be eligible for return, and you must process a return claim with the carrier for reimbursement.

Refused Packages

Refusing a package upon delivery does not qualify for a refund. Refused packages fall under normal return policies.

 

Exchanges

Due to a high volume of orders, we do not offer exchanges. Once your return is received, you will be issued store credit. You can then use this credit to replace the order for the desired item/size.

Return Timeframe

All returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.

​

Package Not Received

It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of a package not received within 30 days of the shipment date. We need this timeframe to investigate and file necessary claims. We cannot address non-receipt issues after 30 days. Please monitor your tracking while in transit.

Store Credit Processing

A store credit code will be emailed to you within 10 days of receiving your return.

​

Coupon Code Usage

Coupon codes are only valid for the specific order they were used on. If, for instance, you ordered an item for $100 but used a coupon code, paying only $90, you will be issued $90 back as store credit.

Return Eligibility

All items must be new, unworn/unwashed, have tags, and be in their original condition to be eligible for a return. No stains, hair, makeup, sweat, body fluids, or any other damage may be present.
